The Book really has all that the wim Hof method has to offer. Unfortunately though, wim repeats himself a lot - repeated chapters in other chapters, repeated slogans,… So you can imagine it got pretty tedious to read after a while.
Added to that wim did not put basically any scientifical facts inside.
The Book has a bunch of nice autobiography chapters though, where I found interesting how a man such a wim came to be. When these chapters ended however, was when I stopped reading, because I got bored of the same context repeating thousand times over the 200 pages left.
