The book is a relic of times gone by, but it offers tons of wisdom and is a useful guide on how to start being nicer to people you meet in everyday situations.

My point for reading this book was not to influence people, but even the points on that topic are great for becoming a better conversationalist and a kinder human being. This part, for example, tackles how to give negative feedback and situations leaders often face.

All in all, this was a book about being a good leader and a good friend, and I like that. It’s not a guidebook to live by (as others have said in the reviews), but there are some amazing points and ideas (or rather reminders) which help you become a better human being and make other people happier - which makes you happier in turn.
