David Goggins has a way to inspire people to be better and push themselves, and this book is all about it!
I say this even though the book is weird at points - especially when the army instructors speak. I respect that the writer didn’t leave it out and tried to paint everything in as real colors as possible, though it’s not for everyone.
As a bonus, it gave me the drive to run, go to the gym, and push myself whenever I read it. That’s why I’m giving it 5/5!
